Recruiting Class of 2020 Revisited

Well I thought it would be fun to take a look back at the class of 2020, the last generated class before user recruiting started. These are the current seniors / redshirt juniors.

This is interesting as it is a little shifted from what we see now. We haven't had an A overall recruit since then, and it's been extremely rare to see any B overall 3-stars. Unclear if this was a case of larger "fuzziness" in recruit overalls or if that class was actually generated a little better than ours. But we may see some quite high NFL draft entries if the latter is true.

 

Next up, a summary of the team recruiting classes. All schools signed 24 recruits and between 2 - 6 blue chips (except Vanderbilt, Louisiana Tech, and Tulane who only had 1, SAD). Also between 1 - 7 B overall players.

To be clear, the rating is the simple sum of the top-20 recruits in each class. Standardized score is just scaled to be compared to another score later. 

So if you're wondering where you rate in terms of the last vestiges of genned talent here you go. @smackemz and @kgreene829 deserve to be sad about their luck, while Florida State is by far the biggest beneficiary of this class.
