We are gearing up for the 2024 SimCFB Season and I have waited way too long to talk about a guy that I KNOW is a star. Other so called journalist and talking heads will tell you David Ross is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Well if thats true grab me a knife because it's time to get slicing.

After an extensive recruiting window when people took their attention off incoming prospects they missed maybe the best thing this sim has ever seen. @BabaYaga hit the jackpot with walk-on punter David Winkler who is my official vote for the 2024 Heisman Award. Standing at a majestic 5' 11" weighing 188 pounds this freshman power punter has everything you want a face of the league to have. F punt accuracy, D punt power, and F football IQ he checks all the boxes and has NFL scouts salivating. The best part with A stamina and A injury you don't have worry about him not being available unlike some C+ stamina B injury Cougar. Winkler is SimCFBs next big thing and with A- potential he is just going to get better.
