In addition to the All-Star Game, this year we will be introducing the Rising Stars Game! Where the young, upcoming stars get to showcase their talents! Unfortunately, we will not be able to do USA vs World, due to a certain admin with an affinity for bread ( @subsequent) losing birth certificates and home addresses for players growing up. So, the format will be like the ASG, with East vs West
