Timothy, congratulations on being named National Player of the Week. How does it feel to receive such a prestigious accolade in your senior year?

Thank you. It's truly an honor. I've put in a lot of hard work throughout my college career, and to be recognized on a national level is a special feeling, especially in my senior year.

Your performances this week were nothing short of extraordinary, particularly the 42-point game against UCLA. What was going through your mind during that game, and how were you able to dominate on the offensive end?

It was one of those nights where everything just clicked. My teammates set me up for good looks, and I was able to capitalize on the opportunities. UCLA is a tough team, so I knew I had to bring my A-game. I stayed aggressive, trusted my instincts, and things fell into place.

Your contributions weren't limited to scoring; you also made significant impacts on defense. How do you balance being a scoring threat with maintaining a strong defensive presence?

Basketball is a two-way game, and I've always prided myself on being a complete player. Scoring is crucial, but defense wins championships. I try to bring energy on both ends of the court, whether it's blocking shots, grabbing rebounds, or getting steals. It's about making a positive impact in every aspect of the game.

Let's talk about the game against Stanford. You put up an impressive stat line of 23 points, 8 rebounds, 1 steal, and 3 blocks in an 85-78 victory. What was your mindset going into that game, and how were you able to contribute in such a multifaceted way?

Going into the Stanford game, we knew it was going to be a tough matchup. They're a strong team, and we needed everyone to step up. Personally, I focused on being aggressive on both ends of the floor. I knew I had to contribute not just in scoring but also in rebounding and defense. My teammates did a great job finding me in good positions, and we executed our game plan effectively.

Looking ahead, what are your goals for the remainder of the season, both personally and for the team?

Our ultimate goal is to win the conference and make a deep run in the postseason. Personally, I want to continue improving and helping the team in any way I can. Whether it's scoring, rebounding, or making defensive plays, I'll do whatever it takes to contribute to our success.
