Coach Kgreene829 apologizes to player

Recommended Posts

Last season coach Kgreene829 hired a hit on then kicker Adam Edwards this hit while unsuccessful has left a big mark on his relationship with Adam Edwards and he had denied wrong doing while also hinting that Edwards deserved it but today coach Kgreene829 admits that the hit was real and has apologized to kicker Adam Edwards. After looking through stats he has now found that after week 9 his kicker from this year and his kicker from the 2021 season now have identical stats of 23 FGs attempted and 12 FGs made which is 52% on FG attempts but Adam Edwards is 16 for 29 or about 55% on FGs showing that he in fact is the best kicker in Tulane history. Coach Kgreene829 said he acted on emotion and had assumed that the kicker was worse because his misses came in big moments and was more recognized but after looking through stats he realized his mistake and reached out to Edwards to make amends. Coach Kgreene829's final comments on the matter so far was that they are in a much better spot and is deciding to take back his comments that Edwards would never step on the field for Tulane again saying that he will for sure play on senior night as a final sendoff and will be considered to take over the starting job for kicking FGs for the remainder of the season if he does get the chance to play a couple games he could be the first kicker in Tulane history to make 20 FGs since he is only 4 FGs away which would be a special mark for him since he wears #20 in honor of his late father. Coach Kgreene829 is open to answering questions on the matter and will respond to questions left in the comments
