Notes for this week: Ive included "ranking score" above to help show where the poll thinks each team is. Basically, if you want to make a bowl game, you want your score to be "0", and your ideal score is "1". Teams can breach "1" or score better in general for doing things like beating ranked opponents, and teams go into the negative for doing things like having a losing record or to unranked (or especially, FCS) teams. 

There's a tie breaker score that splits the teams up further, so in this case, teams 3 through 12 all have a score of 1.000, but they're re-ranked against each other via the tie breaker.
