Starting today, when offering a contract to another team's practice squad player, you must ping the other team's entire staff as well as the contract you are offering with enough advanced notice so that the other team can choose to counter the offer or not.

You do NOT need to do this for signing players on your own practice squad.

The sync is run on Tuesday mornings (ET), so please give ample time for the other team to properly respond. This is mostly going to be on the honor system, so any team who abuses this will be subject to punishment. Thanks!
