MWC didn't have a phenomenal year last year, but Nevada and SJSU cracked 10 wins and they should have a fair number of teams in conference contention

I still think @Pumphwill pull SDSU to a conference title, even if they don't have the most talent in the conference. I'm giving them the 11 spot in preseason banking on them running their schedule. Aside from that, a lot of teams could breakout but I don't know that I'd peg any for national relevance. The trio of UNLV/New Mexico/Utah State are going to be fighting for a conference title as well in what should be a dogfight this year.

0-3 in preseason.  I'm not sure talk of me "running the schedule" is accurate. 

If we had Hung-Chih Anderson this year, I think we could make some noise on a national level.  But breaking in a new QB, I think we'll struggle a bit
