Damien football – Hawaii Prep World

Running Back, Balanced, Damien High School
5'10" 205 pounds

As high school football season approaches, the hunt for the next big thing is underway. One player that should be on every scout's radar is a lean and long-framed player who possesses impressive functional strength and instincts.

While he may not appear physically imposing at first glance, Fua's unique play style is something to behold. With a wiry-strong build, he has consistently shown the ability to run through arm tackles both in the hole and at the second level. Fua's impressive vision and awareness make him a true asset on the field.

One of the most striking aspects of his game is the ability to make the first defender miss. With quick feet in the hole, Fua has the agility to create his own cutback lanes and avoid unnecessary bounces. And with noticeable improvement in his top-end speed, we will only be getting better each game.

It's not just his running ability that makes him a standout player, either. With 55 catches in the last two seasons, Fua is a more balanced back that can stay on the field during passing downs. Couple with his over 500 touches in the last three seasons, Fua will come to college with a wealth of experience under his belt.

Fua still has room to grow and develop his top gear. His lean frame may lend itself to committee work to start off his college career, he has the ability to add to his frame. Coupled with his impressive instinct and tough-mindedness, it will make Fua a player to watch during his Senior season.
