From outside Chicago in Northwestern Indiana is a runningback many schools will be having their eyes on this season. Senior runningback Paul Meyer is expected to make a fantastic senior season for Hobart High School this fall.

His junior year, the runningback rushed for over 1500 yards, and is expected to break school records in his final season.

"He isn't known for his blocking, but Meyer is able very evasive when past the line of scrimmage. He finds gaps between the tackles and is known for bursting through the open field once he goes through. And when the run game doesn't work, he's quite reliable as a pass catcher."

At 5'10" and 209 lbs, Meyer is the leading bellcow for the Brickies and is reportedly getting attention from many college scouts.

"I'm really humbled for the coaches that have reached out to me over the past year. I loved getting to hear from schools like Northwestern, NIU, East Tennessee State, and Hawai'i. I'm not quite sure where I'll be heading quite yet. My folks taught me patience, and that's something I'm going to lean into during my senior year of high school. There's a lot to take in, and I want to make sure the decision I make is the right own for my career as a player."
