Miami Heat-Philadelphia 76ers Draft Trade Void Announcement

It was brought to my attention that last night's draft trade between Miami Heat and Philadelphia 76ers has been deemed void.

 

The trade involved

Miami Receives: #28 (SG Mark Ross)

Philadelphia Receives: 2022 1st, 2023 2nd.

 

However, Miami has already traded their 2022 1st to Atlanta, thus causing this trade to not be possible.

 

Therefore the following will occur, and has been agreed upon between both teams:

 

Miami: Will have their 2022 2nd round pick docked

Philadelphia: Will retain the 28th pick (SG Mark Ross), Will Receive a 2022 1st (#33).

 

The 2022 Draft will have 33 1st round picks.

 

I also do want to apologize on behalf of myself and the admin team. We totally missed this during draft and should've kept track/updated things better so this could've been avoided. It's our first draft and first season, so sometimes mistakes happen, but we're doing our best and making sure this sim is smooth and enjoyable for everyone!
