The showdown of the T's

In one of the highest rated matchups, Troy and Texas State (otherwise known as the two T's) are battling it out. Troy seems to have the edge being undefeated with one more win than Texas State, but the two remain neck and neck in the rankings. Troy ranked at #22 in the nation, and Texas State just on spot behind at #23.

 

 

Week 3 established both teams as some of the top in the nation.

 

Troy toppled a fellow undefeated team to preserve their perfect season. The offense shined scoring 38 points, but the defense lacked giving up 20 to the opponent. Nonetheless, a substantial victory.

 

 

Texas State on the other hand, performed THE biggest upset of the season thus far, toppling the #9 team in the nation. Their victory was made sweeter by the near 20 point wowing performance. Contrary to Troy's week 3 game, Texas State's defense shined bright only giving up one touchdown to a star studded offense.

 

With a fast paced, high scoring offense, Troy will look to poke wholes in the smooth, consistent defense of Texas State.
