Recommended Posts

Missouri, feeling confident coming off their week 1 victory, was looking to put Stanford away easily in this late night game on Saturday.

The tigers star studded defense shut out Stanford in the first 3 quarters, but only put up one touchdown themselves making this one a grueling beginning. Things took a turn in the fourth as both teams offense began swinging. Stanford QB Arik Woodside commented, "The offense knew we were down, and something just had to change."

Luckily, things did change with the Cardinals outscoring the Tigers by 3 in the fourth quarter. At the end of the fourth the Tigers held up winning 17-13, keeping themselves undefeated.
