QB Theo Scribner, Western Michigan

Theo Scribner will certainly be a name to know this season. The Junior out of Northfield, Minnesota got the Western Michigan Broncos off to a fast start with a 40-0 thrashing of the Clemson Tigers in Week 0. Scribner was absolutely lethal through the air, throwing for 578 yards and 3 touchdowns.

 

Defense

SS Dan Nnadi, Eastern Michigan

In what ended up being a defensive battle, Dan Nnadi made a big difference for the Eastern Michigan Eagles as they outlasted Louisiana-Monroe 13-10. Nnadi was a scary presence in the Eagle backfield, grabbing 5 tackles and 2 interceptions.
