Congratulations Francis on winning National Player of the Week. You dropped two 30 burgers, what led to this offensive explosion?

 

I’m a walkin bucket

 

My teammates set me up and I just cooked

 

Saint Mary’s has been one of the top squads all season. What sets you apart and how does it function in this elite team?

 

I mean I'm just the point guard, I play my role and do whatever the team needs. We all adaptable. This week the team needed me to score, and so I scored

 

As one of the top guards in the nation, how do you handle the pressure and expectations Gaels fans have placed on you to push them to a successful year ?

 

I embrace it, I know we’re competing for a championship and I’m doing all I can to make sure we get there

 

Going into next year, you potentially have a big decision about the pro game. Do you think basketball is the career path for Francis Doyle?

 

100%. I'm going to the NBA after this, that's always been the dream

 

Can you make any guarantees for the rest of the season? Like a championship?

 

No. Everything is in God’s hands
