After a surprising buyout of the rights and records to the Seattle Supersonics basketball team from the Professional Basketball Club LLC (Based in Oklahoma City, OK), the Seattle Supersonics have announced their re-mergence into the inaugural SimNBA league.

 

This is the first time the Seattle Supersonics will play on the court since the franchise was stolen moved to Oklahoma in 2008. The new owner of the franchise has yet to reveal themselves, but it is rumored to be a toucan native to South America.

 

The Professional Basketball Club LLC and Oklahoma City Thunder organization have yet to comment on the buyout.

The Seattle Supersonics plan to play in the revived Key Arena, now called Climate Pledge Arena, starting with the 2021 Inaugural SimNBA season.
